  • Anxiety
  • Bullying
  • Eating problems
  • Loss
  • Low mood
  • Low self esteem
  • Regulating emotions
  • Self-Harm
  • Stress

Also included is detailed information on Compass Buzz's offer to fully inform professionals, setting out details of training packages, the Request for Support process for schools and some Frequently Asked Questions.

There are some amazing clips which were filmed with the help young people form Stokesley School and Harrogate Youth Council and Compass Buzz's anxiety animation was developed with huge thanks to Paige whose words needed to be heard. For even more brilliant clips you can also access the new Compass BUZZ YouTube channel
