The Second Annual NYSCB Conference 2010
The second annual LSCB conference was held on 13th May 2010 at the Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate. The theme was of "Sexual Abuse, Sexual Exploitation & Young People - Implications for Practice". One hundred and fifty delegates attended from around the county and also from neighbouring authorities and agencies.
Aims and Objectives of this conference were to:
- To explore the complexities and challenges of sexual abuse of young people
- To understand how national drivers impact on local initiatives
- To take key messages from research into frontline practice
