NYSCB Multi Agency Screening Team (MAST) Briefings

NYSCB would like to invite you to one of five Multi Agency Screening Team (MAST) Briefing that are taking place across North Yorkshire. The aim of these briefings are to:

  • Introduce the new MAST arrangement
  • New contact details for the Healthy Child Programme
  • Re-affirm how to make a referral and what is required
  • Explore the new Vulnerable, Exploited, Missing and Trafficked (VEMT) arrangements
  • Introduce Operation Encompass (Domestic Abuse Notifications between Police, Schools and Health)

The briefings will last 1.5hrs and will consist of a presentation and a question and answer session.

Targeted Audience:

  • NYSCB Partners (Managers or Organisational Representatives to attend and cascade learning to teams within your organisations)

Presenters: James Parkes (NYSCB), Emma Philips (NYCC), Jess Markwart (NYCC), DI Shaun Page (NY Police) and Pippa Wild (Health)
