Chaired by Alan Critchlow, Principle Education Social Worker, this group meets quarterly.
It brings together the chairs of all the task groups to hear reports of progress against work plans and coordinate the varied work being undertaken for the LSCB. The Operations Sub Group then provides an overview report to the LSCB of this activity.
