Target Group:
For staff who work with disabled children, teachers, health professionals, residential workers, social workers, CAIT staff etc.
Aim: To ensure disabled children are safeguarded from harm by raising awareness of their vulnerability to abuse.
Outcomes:
· Understand the reality of the vulnerability of disabled children to abuse
· Recognise and respond to concerns about disabled children
· Ensure that the needs of disabled children are addressed within the Child Protection process
