Objectives:
By the end of the course participants will be able:
- To identify some definitions of emotional abuse
- To discuss emotional development and the effects of emotional abuse
- To discuss methods of recognition/identification of emotional abuse
- To examine causal factors in the emotional abuse of children
- To identify effective methods of intervention
