Chaired by Nick O’Brien, Acting General Manager within Children’s Social Care the Training Sub Group meets quarterly to coordinate and plan multi agency training within safeguarding and child protection.
There is a separate Trainers Task Group that reports to the Training Sub Group. Chaired by Sue Williams, LSCB Training Manager, this group brings together experienced trainers from member agencies to design or update courses, accredit trainers and respond to new developments.
