Audit of the Vulnerability Checklist

The North Yorkshire Safeguarding Children Board (NYSCB) is undertaking an audit of professional's knowledge, understanding and use of the Vulnerability Checklist. 

In order to assist the NYSCB’s audit process we are looking for all staff to complete a short survey regarding their knowledge and use of the Vulnerability Checklist.  The audit is confidential and will only identify information to an organisation level.

The information obtained from the audit will be used to help the NYSCB develop the Vulnerability Checklist and target awareness of the document.  It will also provide evidence of how it is used in practice.
