Aim: 

At the end of this course participants will have an understanding of how challenging/difficult behaviour may occur and some basic diagnostic and practical skiils to respond to it.

Objectives

To develop a range of skills both verbal and non verbal to encourage staff to keep themselves safe in difficult situations.
