NYSCP Manager’s Masterclasses: 2020 dates

The next round of the NYSCP Manager’s Masterclasses for May 2020 have now unfortunately been cancelled. Please keep checking for rearranged dates, you can also keep an eye out for further dates via the NYSCP e-Bulletin

The masterclasses provide frontline managers with updated information for all matters safeguarding children in North Yorkshire, content confirmed so far for the 3 hour briefing is:
– Learning from a recent Serious Case Review and Multi-Agency Audit Activity
– Having Difficult Conversation with Children & Families
– Online Risks (Still TBC)

Please note there is an expectation that professionals stay for the duration of the masterclass. We are introducing this requirement following December’s round where the masterclasses were fully booked, but a number of professionals left the events early without any notice. Should you be unable to stay for the duration of the event please take this into consideration when thinking of booking as we want to prioritise spaces for those who can attend for the duration.
