Talking to your child about online harm – resource for Ukrainian parents

Here is information regarding a new safeguarding resource for Ukrainian speakers, “Talking to your child about online harm”, produced by the Marie Collins Foundation, supported by the North Yorkshire Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner.

This guide has been specially created for Ukrainian families to help facilitate a conversation with their child about Technology-Assisted Child Sexual Abuse (TACSA). This aims to give parents and carers some additional skills in talking to their children if they have concerns that someone is trying to groom them or is being inappropriate online.

We hope this guide will facilitate easier communication between Ukrainian parents/carers and their children. Click below to open the guide
